Founded in 1993, Reanda Certified Public Accountants, adhering to the business philosophy of "healthy, stable, harmonious, and sustainable development," has gone through a 20-year development journey with arduous efforts. With the care, support, and assistance from all sectors of society, Reanda has grown from nothing to something, from small to large, standing out in fierce market competition and entering the fast track of sustainable development. Taking this opportunity, on behalf of Reanda and in my personal capacity, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all sectors of society who have been caring for, supporting, and helping Reanda's development! I also extend my high respect and sincere greetings to all Reanda staff who have made hard work and significant contributions to the growth and expansion of Reanda!
Mission is opportunity. As one of the few remaining "old brand" firms in China's CPA industry, Reanda experienced the delinking and restructuring from the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation in 1999 and the major development transition to a special general partnership in 2013. Over the past 20 years, Reanda has been striving with determination, continuously adhering to the development strategy of scaling, standardization, and internationalization. Currently, Reanda has nearly 30 branches and member firms in major cities across China, consistently maintaining a position within the top 15 in the domestic CPA industry. In 2012, its domestic business revenue reached RMB 450 million. Meanwhile, to adapt to China's capital "going global" strategy and its own internationalization needs, Reanda initiated the establishment of the first international accounting network with Chinese local brand characteristics in 2009 — Reanda International. Reanda International has been ranked 20th globally in international accounting firm rankings for three consecutive years from 2011 to 2013, and has 15 overseas member institutions in countries or regions such as Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Russia, Mauritius, and Cyprus. It is planned that by the end of 2015, the number of overseas member institutions will reach more than 30 and be reasonably distributed worldwide.
20 years of trials and tribulations, 20 years of brand building. Looking to the future, Reanda staff are full of ambition. Reanda will continue to adhere to its total branch management model and practice characteristics, persist in innovation for development in operations, further strengthen integrated management, create a world-class service brand, and demonstrate its objective, independent, impartial, and professional brand image. In management, it will adhere to a people-oriented approach, recruit talented individuals widely, standardize operations, strengthen risk control, further promote Reanda's higher, faster, more stable, and more professional development, and embark on the magnificent development blueprint for the second 20 years after the transition to a special general partnership.
