德贝斯特（北京）物业管理有限公司由APLEONA GmbH 国际物业管理有限公司、北京国际技术合作中心（BITCC）和西门子(中国)有限公司共同出资创建，正式成立于2014年。总部位于北京市朝阳区, 分公司位于上海市杨浦区。
