Hunan Liuhetong Food Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2013. Its predecessor was Hunan Huangshi Food Industry Co., Ltd., founded in 2005. It is a food and beverage group enterprise integrating production, sales, and trade marketing. The company plans to invest a total of 500 million RMB in three phases. The first phase, with an investment of 150 million RMB, was completed in 2014. The factory covers 80 mu and is located in Changsha Ningxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone (a 30-minute drive from Changsha).
The company is a deep strategic partner of the Wong Lo Kat brand under Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited (GPHL). Currently, its main businesses include: Wong Lo Kat Turtle Jelly series products (exclusively authorized by GPHL for brand operation, national production base, and national sales operation), Wong Lo Kat Herbal Tea (co-produced exclusively for the three central-south provinces), Huangshi Niu Yi Niu Jelly (own brand), and Changsha Shangtong Trading Co., Ltd. (with nearly 20 years of development and deep ties with GPHL). It is introducing more well-known food OEM production and fully developing its own brand products, aiming to build a food and beverage carrier-type enterprise.
The company is planning a second-phase factory of 200 mu and will further deepen cooperation with GPHL, including capital injection and equity participation, OEM production of red cans, etc. The company aims to become a nationally renowned enterprise within three years, devoting all efforts to building "Wong Lo Kat Turtle Jelly" and "Huangshi Niu Yi Niu Jelly" into nationally known brands, and plans to achieve listing within five years.
In terms of talent strategy, the company aims to build a team of business partners who are "strong externally and capable internally," focusing more on growing together with the company to achieve high future returns for partners, in order to attract outstanding elites with a strong enterprising spirit. Currently, over 90% of team members come from foreign companies or well-known first-tier domestic FMCG enterprises.
