Changsha Gree HVAC Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. is the tenth air-conditioning base of Gree Electric Appliances globally, covering a total area of about 1,400 mu with a total investment of 5 billion yuan. After full production, annual sales revenue can reach 15 billion yuan. The overall project is divided into two phases of construction. Phase I covers 716 mu with a project investment of 2 billion yuan and was completed and put into production in June 2016. It is a comprehensive production base for household air conditioners, commercial air conditioners and other products. Phase II has a total investment of 3 billion yuan and is scheduled to start construction in June 2017 and officially put into production by the end of 2018. It mainly produces water-cooled units and terminal products. Product sales cover Central China, Southwest China and Northwest China, filling the gap in Hunan's home appliance industry.
