Machinist Technology (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. is a foreign-invested enterprise, established in 2004, located in Caidian District, Wuhan. In December 2005, the company passed and obtained the ISO/TS16949 quality assurance system certification. In December 2017, it completed the IATF16949:2006 certificate renewal. The company's current main business projects include: precision mold design and development, plastic injection molding processing for automotive lighting systems, development and production of two-color injection molding products, vacuum aluminum plating processing, and assembly of automotive assembly parts and components.
Our current main customers include: Valeo Ichikoh (China) Automotive Lighting Co., Ltd., Wuhan Stanley Electric Co., Ltd., Hubei Xiaosi Automotive Lighting Co., Ltd., Hubei Huazhong Marelli Automotive Lighting Co., Ltd., Nissei Instruments Wuhan Co., Ltd., and Valeo Automotive Air Conditioning Hubei Co., Ltd.
The company implements a general manager responsibility system and has established five major departments: Management Department, Business Department, Quality Department, Injection Molding Department, and Mold Department. Currently, there are more than 300 employees, including 8 professional technical personnel and 6 machine adjustment technicians. The company possesses design tools such as CAD, CAXA, CATIA, UG, PROLE, and professional product quality inspection equipment.
