The company is mainly engaged in the design and manufacturing of auto parts, precision tooling fixtures, and non-standard parts. The company currently has more than 40 employees, 60% of whom have a college degree or above. The company has an automated paint spraying line, which can perform anti-rust paint spraying and drying on cylinder block and cylinder head parts; the processing equipment mainly includes 4 vertical machining centers produced by Taiwan She Hong Industrial Co., Ltd., 1 Kia double-table vertical machining center, and 2 horizontal machining centers, which are Makino A81NX and Taiwan Tongtai HB-630 respectively, 2 special machines for main bearing cap processing, 1 CNC lathe, as well as ordinary processing equipment such as ordinary lathes and milling machines.
In order to strictly ensure product quality, the company has built a high-standard coordinate measuring room, and currently has a Zeiss SPECTRUM10.16.06 coordinate measuring machine. All our products are produced in strict accordance with the requirements of the corresponding quality control system.
