Hunan Tianyi Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. was formally established in August 2005; it is located at No. 9 Xincai Road, High-tech Zone, and has obtained High-tech Enterprise certification; ISO9001 system certification; National Intelligent Manufacturing Pilot Excellent Application Scenario; Hunan Province Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative Enterprise, Hunan Province Benchmark Enterprise for Cloud and Platform; Hunan Province Manufacturing Digital Transformation "Three Transformations" Key Project; Hunan Province Pilot Unit for the Implementation of the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Management System; among the first batch of Changsha Little Giant units; National Science and Technology SME Technology Innovation Fund; Invention Patent Implementation Award and National Work Safety Standardization Enterprise and other honors. The team members have gone through 5 years of military product manufacturing and more than 10 years of serving the American and European markets; from 2005 to now, they have cooperated with large-scale sanitation, engineering, rail transit, automobile and other enterprises in R&D and production. The enterprises served include Sany Group, Zoomlion, CRRC Group, Jiangling Motors, etc. It has won Sany's "Benchmark Supplier", Zoomlion's "Management Improvement Excellence Award" and others. At present, the company has more than 30 professional researchers, senior engineers, professional engineers and senior technicians, and more than 180 employees. The existing plant area is more than 30,000 square meters, with more than 300 sets of plastic molding equipment, rubber molding equipment, various machining equipment, sheet metal forming equipment, welding equipment, coating production lines, automatic assembly lines and testing equipment, able to provide customers with professional supporting services in chemical plastics and metal structure coating.
