宁波-舟山港金塘港区大浦口集装箱码头工程是贯彻落实浙江省委、省政府关于加快宁波舟山港口资源整合、推进宁波舟山港口一体化战略决策的起步和示范工程，规划建设2个10万吨级和3个7万吨级集装箱泊位（水工结构均按靠泊15万吨集装箱船设计），码头岸线长1774米，水深18米，陆域总面积238公顷，设计年吞吐量250万标准箱，总投资约64.3亿元人民币。 自2010年7月试生产以来，公司集装箱吞吐量保持良好的发展态势，截至2018年已累计完成集装箱吞吐量587.5万标准箱。其中，2018完成集装箱吞吐量123.14万标准箱，同比增长20.51%。2019年生产目标为133万标准箱；1月份，完成12.9万标准箱，创公司单月历史记录，实现新年开门红。
