Real estate industry - Since 2003, the real estate segment of the North China Group has risen rapidly, successfully developing various high-quality real estate projects such as the North China Group Non-ferrous Industrial Park, Wuqing Lilong Times Square, Longzhu & Shangyu, Hainan - Yage Hot Spring Resort Hotel, Yuyuan, North China Group Logistics Park, and North China Group Foreign-funded Industrial Park. Real estate projects bearing a distinct "North China imprint" now span across regions including Hebei, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Hainan, and Tianjin, making outstanding contributions to promoting high-quality local economic development.
Logistics industry - After accumulating ten years of operational and management experience in logistics parks, the North China Group has entered into strategic cooperation with Shenzhen ZTE Environmental Protection Group, jointly building the North China & ZTE Smart Logistics Park from a high starting point. This new smart logistics park, with a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan and covering an area of about a thousand mu, is located at Tianjin Lugang Port and is a key project for the modern logistics segment of the North China Group in 2020. The park will strengthen the deep integration of information technologies such as the Internet, big data, and cloud computing with logistics, reshape industrial division through sharing, collaboration, innovative models, and advanced artificial intelligence technologies, attract investment and talent with a model of "industrial chain investment promotion," bringing high-end technology and talent to Tianjin, promoting the transformation and upgrading of China's modern logistics industry, and driving high-quality regional economic development.
Finance industry - In 2015, with the North China Group as the main sponsor, Tianjin Jincheng Bank became one of the first five private bank pilot units in China.
