旺旺集团成立于1962年，前身为宜兰食品工业股份有限公司，1983年于台湾创立旺旺品牌，且于90年代初期即赴大陆投资设厂。截止2015年底，已经在全国各地设立37家生产基地及300多家营业所，总计员工约6万多人。食品饮料业“中国旺旺控股有限公司”在香港主板上市，目前为香港恒生指数成分股之一；除了食品饮料业之外，也跨足了媒体、金融、饭店、医疗、文化等其他领域，朝向多元化发展目标不断前进。旺旺集团一直以来秉持“缘、自信、大团结”的经营理念经营各项事业，并向着“中国***、世界***”的目标迈进。
