Blue Town Group

Blue Town Group was established in September 2010, founded by Mr. Song Weiping together with the core team of Greentown and excellent resources. Blue Town is committed to ideal town development and asset-light operations (including commercial project management, government project management, capital project management, etc.). With over 20 years of experience serving the entire industry chain as a resource foundation, and with Blue Town Agriculture, Blue Town Elderly Care, and Lanxi Health as the core service industries, it provides one-stop comprehensive life services based on real estate product development, covering the full lifecycle and full industry chain.

With the humanistic sentiments of idealists, Blue Town takes "comprehensive life service provider" as its corporate vision, upholds the core values of "benevolence, universal love, truth, goodness, and perfection," and takes as its mission "creating a platform for employees, value for customers, beauty for cities, and wealth for society," striving to become the organizer and promoter of a beautiful life.

As a pioneer in Chinese town development, Blue Town implements the "100 Towns, Trillions of Investment" plan, focusing on the construction of integrated ideal towns. It pioneered the town mayor life service system, adhering to the principles of "crowdfunding, self-governance, co-construction, and sharing," and established a life design (construction) committee. Through five major life service platforms including health, education, industry, commerce, and property management, it builds a self-circulating town ecosystem, creating "a paradise on earth."
