Love Dream

【Love Dream】 is a non-profit organization initiated and operated by professional managers from financial institutions and listed companies, dedicated to promoting the development of quality education in China. On August 14, 2008, approved by the Shanghai Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, it was registered as "Shanghai Love Dream Public Welfare Foundation." Its predecessor was the Love Dream China Education Fund Co., Ltd., registered in Hong Kong in October 2007. In June 2008, the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department approved tax-exempt status for the Love Dream China Education Fund as a charitable organization. In January 2014, with the approval of the Shanghai Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, it was converted into a local public fundraising foundation.
Since 2009, 【Love Dream】 has disclosed its annual reports in accordance with the standards of listed companies. In March 2012, it won the "China Charity Award," a public welfare field award issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of China. In October 2014, Love Dream was ranked first on Forbes' "China Charity Fund List" for the fourth consecutive year, known as the most transparent foundation in China.

Therefore, we apply mature business technologies as much as possible to improve the standardization and growth efficiency of the entire system. We strive to achieve simple user experiences through complex backend design, while remaining open to accepting all external forces that contribute to growth.
We record all achievements and faithfully review all mistakes and failures, hoping that all our explorations can provide useful references for the professional development of China's non-profit sector, because a 1% improvement in system efficiency can exceed the results of individual 100% efforts.

Since 2008, Love Dream has published detailed audit reports and financial data annually, and since 2009, it has held annual report release conferences publicly each year, becoming a domestic public welfare foundation that publishes annual reports in accordance with listed company standards. The annual report not only discloses the foundation's financial data and management details in detail but also cites the indicator system of the global independent charity evaluation agency Charity Navigator to conduct a simulated self-assessment of the foundation's organizational efficiency and capacity, transparently reporting the foundation's work.
