Introduction of Schwartz

schwartz GmbH, located at Simmerath Germany, is the leading manufacturer of heat treatment equipment, the products have successfully found their way into many automotive industry and component supplier applications, steel and non-ferrous metal processing, and aircraft manufacturing. In addition to the branch set up in USA, Schwartz founds another branch facility schwartz Heat Treatment System Asia Co.,Ltd (SHTS) in July 2011 to better serve the customers in Asia Pacific region. The new factory is located in Kunshan City (near Shanghai), Jiangsu province.
SHTS have produced more complete furnaces in this factory, with the same quality as schwartz GmbH, including assembly, commissioning, FAT with electrical heating function up to process temperature and providing technical service.
Now the Schwartz group has completed the strategic positioning with subsidiaries in all major automotive markets, Europe, USA and China.

施瓦茨德国，坐落于德国的Simmerath，是热处理设备制造商行业的*。施瓦茨的产品已经涉及到汽车及汽车零部件制造业，钢铁及有色金属加工，以及飞机制造业。除了在美国设立的子公司外，施瓦茨于2011年成立了施瓦茨机械设备有限公司，从而更好的为亚太客户服务，该公司位于江苏省昆山市(靠近上海)。
自2011年7月份以来，施瓦茨（昆山）已经自主生产了多套热处理炉，与施瓦茨德国采用相同的质量标准，包括安装，调试，工厂预验收（电加热至工艺温度），及提供技术服务。
如今，施瓦茨集团在欧洲，美国以及中国的主要汽车市场已经完成了其战略定位。
