SEW Foshan: In February 2023, SEW China signed an investment intention agreement with the Foshan Municipal Government for the SEW China South China Manufacturing Base Project. Located in Shunde District, Foshan, the base has a total investment exceeding 500 million US dollars and covers an area of approximately 400 mu. As another major manufacturing base for SEW China, it will not only meet the incremental demand in the domestic market for the group in the future, but also mainly target the international market. The project will benchmark against German Industry 4.0, introduce world-advanced intelligent manufacturing equipment and processes, and build a model smart factory, marking a new milestone in SEW Group's development history in China. SEW China will also set sail again, writing a new chapter of over ten billion yuan.
