It was jointly funded by Stanley Electric (China) Investment Co., Ltd. (Stanley Electric Co., Ltd. of Japan: one of the world's leading optoelectronics giants, one of the world's top three automotive lamp manufacturers, one of Asia's largest automotive lamp manufacturers, and Japan's leading professional optoelectronic device company), GAC Component Co., Ltd., and Honda Technology Investment (China) Co., Ltd., established to support the synchronized development plan of Honda, Nissan, and Mitsubishi series vehicle complete vehicle matching and the localization process of complete vehicles.
