In 2011, to meet the needs of market-oriented management, after the joint restructuring by Sinopharm Holding under China National Pharmaceutical Group and Xiamen Light Industry Group, Sinopharm Xingsha became a second-tier subsidiary of Sinopharm Holding Co., Ltd. under China National Pharmaceutical Group.
