I. Company Profile
China CITIC Bank was founded in 1987 and is one of the earliest emerging commercial banks established during China's reform and opening-up, as well as one of the first Chinese commercial banks to participate in domestic and international financial market financing. In April 2007, China CITIC Bank achieved simultaneous listing in Shanghai and Hong Kong, and has now become a national commercial bank with strong comprehensive competitiveness. China CITIC Bank Changsha Branch was established on October 28, 2000, and is a regional tier-one branch directly under China CITIC Bank headquarters, with total on- and off-balance-sheet assets exceeding 100 billion. Over the fifteen years since entering Hunan, it has consistently taken supporting local economic development as its mission, actively integrated into Hunan's economic and social development, and set the strategic goal of building a "*** comprehensive financing service bank." II. Basic Recruitment Conditions:
(1) Law-abiding and disciplined, honest and trustworthy, with no adverse records such as illegal acts, violations of regulations, or disciplinary violations;
(2) A nationally recognized full-time bachelor's degree or above;
(3) General staff should generally be no older than 35 years of age, and middle and senior management personnel should in principle be no older than 46 years of age;
(4) General staff should have more than 2 years of relevant working experience in a commercial bank or more than 3 years of working experience in finance or economics; tellers should generally have 1 year of relevant bank working experience; middle-level management personnel should have more than 5 years of working experience in a commercial bank or more than 7 years of economic working experience, with experience leading marketing teams and in operation and management, good market development, marketing promotion, and team management capabilities, and certain customer resources and business channel resources.
(5) Possess the relevant post qualification certificate or professional qualification certificate for the position;
(6) Positive and optimistic, physically and mentally healthy, with strong learning and innovation ability and team cooperation awareness;
