Shanghai Yude Power Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yude Group") is a company listed on the New Third Board (Yude Shares: Stock Code 833033), founded in Shanghai in 2004. Since 2013, Shanghai Shenergy Group and Shanghai Industrial Development Group, two state-owned enterprises, have been introduced as shareholders. Currently positioned in the field of building energy conservation, the company is a provider of integrated electromechanical solutions with core competitive advantages in the full life cycle of buildings and cost control; a city and building energy supplier based on smart energy management platforms for municipal and building use, with artificial intelligence as the core; and an operator of urban building information IoT, using Ibecon technology to collect data on personnel flow in buildings and expand various commercial operation management functions. Since its establishment, Yude Group has introduced low-carbon electromechanical technologies from Germany and the United States, characterized by reliability, economy, and energy saving. It has cooperated with governments at all levels and developers in China on building low-carbon technology systems, continuously improving and achieving localization of international efficient and low-carbon integrated electromechanical technologies. At the same time, relying on the regional energy station of Shanghai Disney Resort currently under operation and management, and the energy station of Fengxian Shanghai Fish regional energy station under investment and construction, Yude Group develops and invests in various distributed energy stations. The regions currently under development include the energy station project of Shanghai Pudong International Airport, the energy station project of Shanghai Jiading District New City Core Development Zone, and the energy station project of Block 4 in Jinqiao Development Zone, Shanghai. In addition, using the latest international indoor positioning technology ibecon, Yude Group is building a wireless location-aware network based on Bluetooth technology inside urban buildings. Through this network, it can accurately grasp various data on personnel flow in covered areas. By transmitting this big data to the cloud and developing applications tailored to specific project needs for business, management, or operations, it enhances the fit between buildings and their occupants, thereby extending positioning services originally used outdoors to the interior of various urban buildings.
