Beidou Aerospace Satellite Application Technology Group is a national high-tech enterprise based on the application of Beidou and remote sensing satellites. It possesses strong technical strength and industry qualifications, with scientific researchers accounting for over 60% of its staff. The group owns nearly a hundred intellectual property rights, has achieved multiple scientific research results, and several products have won national, provincial, and ministerial awards. The company is centered on senior scientists who have long been engaged in information and communication fields in the military, supported by an academician expert workstation led by academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and cooperates with the 772nd Institute of the Ninth Academy of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and related universities to jointly dedicate efforts to the application development and industrialization promotion of the Beidou satellite navigation civil system.

The group has achieved integrated development based on China's self-owned intellectual property Beidou satellite navigation system, from research and development of Beidou chips, modules, and terminal products to the construction of Beidou comprehensive information management platforms and the development of application management systems for various industries.

Comprehensive application of Beidou and remote sensing satellites

Beidou Aerospace Satellite Application Technology Group is dedicated to the comprehensive application and industrialization promotion of Beidou and remote sensing satellites. Remote sensing satellites serve as data sources for providing spatial information and are the foundation for information collection and data acquisition; the Beidou navigation system can obtain precise spatial location and time information, and can accurately locate the information and content displayed in remote sensing images. When combined with geographic information systems, these form a dynamic, visual, continuously updated, transportable via computer networks, three-dimensional, and comprehensive information management system usable across different regions, industries, and levels. Currently, it can be applied in the following three major areas: public applications, including car navigation, vehicle information services, tracking and monitoring, emergency rescue, spatial information display, and ground object recognition; industry applications, including land resource surveys, forest fire prevention, emergency rescue, disaster monitoring and assessment, highway transportation, petroleum exploration, marine and coastal surveying, earthquake prediction, grassland and forest area surveys, agricultural yield estimation, forestry surveys, and marine environmental monitoring; special applications, including similar applications, as well as precision timing for communications, power, and railway networks, navigation communication and information extraction for public security, border patrol, coastal investigation, and traffic management. The new generation of high-tech technologies such as Beidou and remote sensing satellites will inevitably play a significant role in promoting the construction of national smart cities and enhancing the sustainable development capabilities of cities.

Beihang New Energy

After years of design and research, the expert team of Beidou Aerospace Group has successfully developed the Beihang new energy high-definition oil production series equipment, Beihang No.1 fuel, and Beihang No.2 fuel, and has jointly established a new energy research and development center with Unit 66222 of the People's Liberation Army. The Beihang new energy demonstration base is located in the Lingang Industrial Park of Penglai City, covering approximately 300 mu. The total investment for the first phase is 2.3 billion yuan, including projects such as 400,000 tons of naphtha aromatization, 600,000 tons of methanol-to-gasoline, and 100,000 tons of alcohol-based gasoline additives. After full completion and production, it can achieve annual sales revenue of 15 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 3 billion yuan.

Beidou Aerospace Electric Vehicles

Beidou Aerospace electric vehicles incorporate a large amount of Beidou Aerospace's independent intellectual property, including products and technologies such as motors, electronic control, and batteries. It is an efficient, environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and multifunctional electric vehicle. Its torque is superior to traditional electric vehicles, its range is higher than that of existing electric vehicles, its price is slightly lower than average electric vehicles, charging time is greatly shortened, and it has a high level of intelligence. It is equipped with the independently developed platform of Beidou Aerospace, achieving true comfort, safety, and reliability. The first-phase project of the Beidou Aerospace electric vehicle covers 1,000 mu with an investment of 2.26 billion yuan. After production, it will complete an annual production capacity of 30,000 core components for electric vehicles (batteries, motors, and electronic control) and 70,000 electric commuter vehicles, with an annual output value of 3 billion yuan and annual tax revenue of over 250 million yuan. The second phase of the project plans to use 4,000 mu for vehicle manufacturing with an investment of 10 billion yuan. Preparatory work is currently underway.
