Shenzhen Pengwei Software Co., Ltd. was founded in May 2004, with its headquarters in Shenzhen, China. It has more than 40 service institutions across the country and is a member unit of the Shenzhen Software Association. It is one of the earlier domestic enterprises focusing on CRM software research and development, comprehensively providing software products and solutions with independent intellectual property rights, as well as comprehensive after-sales service.

In October 2008, Pengwei Software became a CRM software partner of Intel in the Chinese market, and the two parties jointly created successful cases in various industries.

In December 2008, Pengwei Software invested in and became a shareholder of Shenzhen Youmi Technology Co., Ltd. Youmi Technology is a high-tech enterprise in software/Internet/electronic technology founded by several scientific and technological elites returning from Silicon Valley.
