岗位职责：
1、配合团队进行技术难点的攻关与落地实施；
2、负责平台系统的性能、稳定性、可扩展性、安全性、可靠性等方面的深度优化；
3、负责后端核心代码编写、按时交付，保证交付质量和负责版本维护，保障生产上的安全、平稳运行；
4、与上下游团队配合，协调内部资源，配合交付项目进行技术决策，进行技术风险评估；
5、制定开发规范，参与制定技术标准，编写相应的技术文档，并对通用技术进行整理，提高技术复用；
6、团队内部分享优秀实践及相关知识；
7、积极了解业界发展、相关新技术及趋势，促进技术进步和创新。
任职要求：
1、有MES，ERP，SAP，PLM，ＷＭS等系统的设计开发经验
2、深刻理解大型微服务系统设计，有5年以上微服务实际产品研发经验；
3、5年以上JAVA开发经验，熟悉JVM原理，有线上gc分析定位经验优先；
4、熟练使用vibe coding编程，善于使用AI解决问题和提效；
5、具备良好的面向对象分析、设计、开发能力，精通常用的设计模式；
6、熟悉容器相关技术:Docker、Kubernetes等，精通常用开发框架:SSM，spring boot等；
7、精通MySQL、oracle等数据库、精通Redis、kafka/rocketMQ，熟练掌握nacos、 sentinel、spring cloud gateway、seata等常用分布式中间件；
8、精通多线程编程，具备高并发能力者优先；
9、具备工业互联网平台研发、微服务架构设计、bpmn工作流引擎、低代码开发之一经验者优先；
10、具备良好的沟通能力、学习能力、团队合作精神和服务意识。
