We are a group of publishers. "Serving education, promoting scholarship, and spreading culture" is our publishing purpose. Rooted in Ganpo, "building a first-class educational publishing and media group in the province and renowned nationwide" is our goal.
Jiangxi Higher Education Press was established in April 1989. It is a publishing unit supervised and sponsored by the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Education, and is the only university press in Jiangxi Province. Deeply rooted locally and oriented toward the whole country, it adheres to the development strategy of "strengthening the main business and diversifying operations" and upholds the product positioning of "one main body and two wings" (with the publication of college and secondary school textbooks and academic works as the main body, and basic education and general book publishing as the two wings). Based on the background of educational and cultural resources, it also carries out diversified business operations such as educational training, educational equipment, educational insurance, and cultural creative services.

Over the 30 years since its establishment, through connotative development and self-transformation, we have become an education-focused comprehensive publishing unit with paper book publishing rights, electronic and audio-visual publishing rights, internet publishing rights, online game publishing rights, and the publishing rights of "one newspaper and two journals." We have more than 400 employees and operate 4 branch offices, 6 centers, and 14 subsidiaries, forging a path of group-based operation. In 2018, it won the Advanced Publishing Unit Award at the 4th China Publishing Government Award.
