The factory has a total investment of RMB 400 million, covers an area of more than 160,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 130,000 square meters. It has 2,200 employees and owns large-scale garment factories, weaving mills, printing factories, embroidery factories, a large staff living area, and a staff kindergarten (with more than 200 employees' children). It is a foreign trade export-oriented enterprise specializing in the production of knitted garments, and a garment company integrating design, development, production and sales.
The company was founded in 1992 and has modern workshops and production equipment, including 108 units/sets of large circular knitting machines, small circular knitting machines and rib machines, and 1,500 units/sets of flat seam machines, overlock machines, double-needle/double-chain machines, etc., as well as professional computer CAD, design, pattern-making and layout systems. The company has an advanced hanging production system and has introduced a professional ERP information management system, establishing a management system from business development to design innovation, from cost control to quality management, and from human resources to logistics support. The monthly output is 600 tons of knitted fabric, 800,000 dozen knitted cultural shirts, 80,000 dozen T-shirts, and 20,000 dozen of thin fleece and polar fleece series.
