Suek (Siberia Coal and Energy Company, www.suek.ru) is the largest coal producer in Russia, producing 98 million tons of coal per year which accounts for about 30% of the total coal production of Russia. Suek AG (**************) is the wholly owned overseas marketing and sales subsidiary of Suek. Suek AG set up representative office in Beijing since 2010. Coal sales in China of Suek AG has increased from 3.5 million tons in 2010 to 13.2 million tons in 2013. With the fast development of her business in China, Suek AG decided to set up subsidiary in China to substitute current representative office. Suek Shanghai Trading Co., Limited (SST) had been registered in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone on Feb. 24th, 2014. Beijing branch of SST is being registered now. SST’s main business is coal and pet coke sales in RMB terms in China market.
