Shenzhen Yunjifen Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2014 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, with operations and R&D teams in Shanghai, Beijing, Xi'an, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, and Changsha. In Xi'an, it has established an R&D center by fully leveraging the research resources of Xi'an Jiaotong University, the alma mater of founding team members, and possesses strong R&D and research capabilities.
Dedicated to developing consumer operations-related theories, technologies, algorithms, models, and software tools, providing AI-based consumer operations systems and operational strategy services for global consumer enterprises, helping enterprises build core consumer operations capabilities to meet current and future scenario-based operational challenges.
Current clients are mainly international brands in the e-commerce retail sector, primarily FMCG, with future expansion targeting non-e-commerce sectors such as banking, healthcare, and government.
The company currently has over 200 employees, with R&D personnel accounting for 55%, operations strategy personnel accounting for 20%, bachelor's degree or above accounting for 88%, master's degree or above accounting for 17%, and overseas study experience accounting for 7%.
The company's enterprise business adopts the "Yunji Interactive" brand, and the consumer business plans to adopt the "Yunjifen" brand.
