浙江兴业集团有限公司创建于1995年1月，注册资本14.88亿日元，是由舟山市属重点国企浙江盛达海洋股份有限公司和世界著名水产企业日本玛鲁哈日鲁株式会社共同出资设立的大型综合性水产企业。
公司专业从事海洋水产品精深加工、海洋生物制品研发与生产、国内外贸易。2018年3月，从原普陀区大干老厂区整体搬迁至舟山国家远洋渔业基地，园区占地面积190余亩。
经过多年发展，公司目前拥有6个加工厂、2座万吨级冷库以及较为先进的冷链配套设施，年产能超10万吨，主要产品涵盖鱿鱼调理食品、鱼类调理食品、鱼糜及鱼糜制品，以及舟山带鱼、鲳鱼、鲭鱼、超低温金枪鱼、鲣鱼、狭鳕鱼、银鳕鱼等鱼类，虾、蟹等甲壳类，海洋调味品、海洋生物提取物、海洋保健食品等海洋生物制品，共十多个系列，业务范围遍及欧美、亚洲等多个国家和地区。
