Shenzhen Financial Electronic Settlement Center is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Clearing Center of the People's Bank of China. It is a *city membership-based same-city clearing institution, an important regional financial infrastructure operator, and also undertakes the operation, maintenance, and management of the Shenzhen City Processing Center of the central bank's "China National Advanced Payment System".
