China E-Port Data Center Changsha Branch

China E-Port is a public data center and data exchange platform approved by the State Council, led by the General Administration of Customs and jointly developed and built with 11 other ministries and commissions. Relying on the national public telecommunications network, it connects industry and commerce, taxation, customs, foreign exchange, foreign trade, quality inspection, public security, railway, banking and other departments, as well as import and export enterprises, processing trade enterprises, foreign trade intermediary service enterprises, and foreign trade cargo owners. It stores import and export management flow information, capital flow information, and cargo flow information in a centralized database, providing national administrative departments with cross-departmental, cross-industry, and cross-regional data exchange and networked verification at any time, and providing enterprises with real-time online services such as customs declaration, settlement and foreign exchange verification, export tax rebate, import value-added tax networked verification, and online payment via the Internet.
The China E-Port Data Center Changsha Branch (abbreviated as "Changsha Data Branch") is responsible for providing technical services and business consulting to China E-Port network users in Hunan, cooperating with Changsha Customs and other port-related functional departments to promote various networked application projects; it is committed to building and developing Hunan's unified information platform for "Grand Customs Clearance, Grand Logistics, Grand Economy and Trade" - "Hunan E-Port", and making it an extension and expansion of China E-Port in Hunan, providing enterprises in Hunan with "all-in-one card" and "one-stop" services for port business.
