Chongqing Yi'e Technology Co., Ltd. (Yi'e Technology) is a subsidiary of Chongqing Juneng Group. Yi'e Technology originated from an information department under Chongqing Juneng Auto Parts Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Juneng Group. Based on the company's development needs and market demand for informatization, the company decided in 2011 to establish a dedicated information technology company, spinning off the original information department, transferring some professionals from the Information Security Network, and hiring senior informatization experts to join the team, thus founding Yi'e Technology. After more than half a year of preparation, the company was officially registered and established on June 28, 2012 as a fully independently operating subsidiary.
