Shanghai Bindao Filter Co., Ltd., established in October 2012, is a joint-stock company integrating R&D and production. The company has a professional team of product development, mold design, and quality management from the industry. It has introduced advanced lean production management models, based on professionalism and aiming for high-end. The company is located in Fengxian Gaoqiao Economic Park in southern Shanghai, covering an area of 45 mu, with office, factory, warehouse, and living facilities all available. The production workshop is 23,000 m², warehouse 15,000 m², living building 1,000 m², and office 3,000 m². The company is a 50-80 minute drive from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, high-speed rail station, Pudong Airport, and Hangzhou, with multiple metro lines circling to the city center for convenient access. The company's main products are automotive and engine filters: oil filters, fuel filters, air filters, China VI engine filters, and new energy filtration systems. It uses domestic efficient production equipment and production lines, and imports advanced international product testing equipment. Currently, the main production equipment includes: multiple high-speed stamping machines of 400T, 250T, 200T, 110T, 63T, 45T, automatic tapping and spin-drying integrated machines, rotary multi-station automatic welding machines, spraying production lines, dual-component glue injection machines, automatic spin-on product lines, filter element assembly lines, dedicated fuel filter production lines, and fully automatic air filter production lines. In January 2019, it was awarded the title of "High-tech Enterprise". The main testing equipment includes imported fully automatic liquid multi-pass particle counting test benches, dual-station pulse fatigue test benches, bubble point test benches, fuel-water separation test benches, high and low temperature air and oil test benches, cleanliness test benches, and dozens of other professional testing equipment. In 2018, it passed CNAS review and obtained the laboratory certificate, ensuring product safety and reliability.
