It is a wholly-owned secondary enterprise of Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd., holding dual Grade A qualifications for municipal and building construction engineering supervision, Grade B qualification for railway engineering supervision, Grade B qualification for engineering cost consulting, and AA credit rating for engineering bidding agency. It has also obtained certification for quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management systems, with more than 400 professional and technical personnel of various types. It specializes in providing full-process engineering construction management services including engineering supervision, project agent construction, full-process consulting, bidding agency, safety and quality inspection, cost consulting, and equipment consulting.
