云南源天生物集团有限责任公司位于玉溪市峨山县小街镇源天生物产业园，占地面积650亩，是一家集产、学、研为一体的综合性生物资源科技开发集团化企业。产业集群共投资 13 亿元，包括：20万吨/年有机-无机复混肥、8万吨/年食用油脂、10万吨/年生物柴油、300吨/年除虫菊原药和5000吨/年植物原农药及公共卫生制剂。其中20万吨/年多功能有机-无机复混肥生产装置占地96亩和150亩的有机肥专用发酵场。包括发酵车间、熟化车间、造粒车间、成品库、原料库，生产线可生产高浓度复混肥、有机-无机复混肥、有机肥三大系列肥料产品。
公司目前下设有五个分公司，三个事业部及其他地州建设的有机肥厂；职工总人数350余人。
