光大环保能源（宁波）有限公司以（建设-运营-移交）的形式投资建设北仑生活垃圾焚烧发电项目，对北仑辖区、江东区的生活垃圾进行;无害化、减量化、资源化;综合处理。*终建成规模为日处理1500吨的垃圾焚烧发电机组，年发电量可达2.1亿千瓦时，年输送绿色电力约1.6亿千瓦时，年处理生活垃圾逾60万吨。
