Established in April 1993, our company is a world-class professional manufacturer of PC board dedicated relays for automobiles.
The TA and TB relays developed and sold in 1997 achieved cumulative sales of 600 million units by fiscal year 2006. Our products have consistently maintained the highest quality among similar products. Subsequently developed new products have also been well-received in the market, with sales increasing by more than 20% annually.
In fiscal year 2010, we produced and sold 240 million relays. This is attributed to the distinctive miniaturization and noise reduction of our relays, as well as an integrated production model combining development, design, production technology, and manufacturing to maintain world-class quality.
Our company develops and manufactures everything from production molds to production equipment in-house. We steadily accumulate improvements through continuous activities, striving to develop and produce products that meet customer requirements and ensure their confidence and reliability.

I. Compensation System
Working Hours:
The company implements a 5-day, 8-hour per week work schedule. Overtime is compensated in accordance with the Labor Law.
Salary Structure:
Strictly implemented in accordance with the Labor Law.
Employees' average monthly comprehensive salary is 4,000-4,500 RMB.
Salaries for other positions (such as technicians, team leaders, engineers, etc.) are negotiable.
Salary payment date is the 15th of each month.
