As a modern consumer finance debt collection service institution and industry pioneer in mainland China, Global Debt Collection Holdings Group was established in 1987 and has a history of more than 30 years. At present, the internal control and monitoring systems adopted by banks in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan for non-performing loan management, including the full-process recording system, fully computerized operating system, information security system, personnel training system, loan management process, monitoring and auditing system, etc., were all first introduced and formulated by Global Debt Collection. As a leader in the industry, Global Debt Collection has established the operating standards adopted by banks in the three regions for outsourced loan management, stabilized the confidence of banks and regulatory institutions, and improved the asset quality of bank credit cards and personal loans.
