Lite-On Power Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. was established in September 1975, comprising two major business divisions: optoelectronic semiconductors and power supply units. It is the first listed electronics company in Taiwan. Currently, it has established production bases in Taiwan, China, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and in Tianjin and Dongguan on the mainland. R&D centers have been set up at the Taiwan headquarters, in the UK, and in the US, while marketing offices are located across North America, Europe, and Asia. Lite-On Power Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned enterprise invested by Lite-On Electronics Co., Ltd. of Taiwan, affiliated with the Power Supply Business Group of Lite-On Electronics. Its main products are switched-mode power supplies (SPS). Located in Shangjiao Industrial Zone, Chang'an Town, which enjoys convenient transportation and a pleasant environment, the company covers an area of 87,500 square meters and currently employs nearly 7,000 staff.
The main product, ADP Power, holds a global market share of over 50%, and the company has also become one of the world's top three manufacturers of server power supplies and desktop power supplies.

1. Salary System
1. Work 5 days per week, 8 hours per day; overtime pay is provided for additional hours.
2. Year-end double pay, and top performers may also enjoy up to three extra months of bonus each year.
