China Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd. (referred to as "CZB") is one of the 12 national joint-stock commercial banks approved by the China Banking Regulatory Commission. It was established on August 18, 2004, with its head office in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. On March 30, 2016, it was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 2016.HK); on November 26, 2019, it was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 601916), becoming the 13th "A+H" listed bank in China.
In response to the new economic normal, CZB, following the new trends in internet information technology and the new demands for customer value creation, has established the overall goal of "Two *" and a platform-based service strategy, adhering to the five operational principles of "serving the real economy, innovative transformation, compliant operation, risk prevention and mitigation, and improving quality and efficiency" to build a platform-based service bank, providing customers with open, efficient, flexible, and shared comprehensive financial services. In the "Top 1000 World Banks 2019" list by The Banker magazine, it ranked 107th by tier 1 capital and 98th by total assets. China Chengxin International has granted CZB an AAA issuer credit rating.
