I. Group Company Background and History
Zhongnan Group was founded in 1935 and has a history of over 75 years. It is still one of the world's top five watch OEM manufacturers. Its subsidiary Zhongnan Chuangfa mainly provides metal structures and glass windows for mobile phones and i-pods, with major customers including Apple, HTC, Nokia, etc. Production lines are located in Shenzhen (Bantian, Pinghu), Guangzhou, Tianjin, Suzhou, Switzerland, Germany, and France, and it also has holding joint ventures in Tianjin and Beijing. The company has been engaged in vacuum coating (IP coating) for more than ten years, possessing coating machines with decorative functions from Germany, France, and the United States, as well as more than a dozen self-developed box-type coating machines. The Glass Division was established in 2005 and specializes in the research, development, and production of glass deep-processing products. The building area is approximately 40,000 m2, with more than 2,000 existing employees, including over 200 R&D technical personnel. It is fully equipped, having introduced various advanced equipment such as computer cutting, edging, shaping, drilling, screen printing, tempering, coating, and film lamination. The window glass products developed by this division are highly favored by domestic and international customers. It has now established stable and close cooperative relationships with leading enterprises such as SAMSUNG, NOKIA, Motorola, and APPLE.
The Touch Screen Division was established in 2007 and has always adhered to the company's purpose: striving for the market with first-class products and for customers with high-quality service. The Touch Screen Division currently possesses advanced automated production equipment, a Class 1,000 clean dust-free production environment, and a strong development team. It independently developed precision laser etching equipment and successfully applied it to important processes in capacitive touch screen production, striving to achieve "low cost, high efficiency, and strong competitiveness."
