公司于1984年成立于香港，经过20多年累积经验，公司从成立*初的小规模加工模式发展到今天的OEM专业水平，在国内自设厂房─骏达（佛冈）玩具有限公司。所有产品均出口往欧美及世界其他主要市场，主要为合金玩具车、电子遥控玩具车、机械玩具、精品公仔、塑胶玩具等。
公司成立伊始即以满足客户质量需求为宗旨，配套充足的质量管理架构，完善生产质量控制运作程序，引进ISO9000质量管理体系。先后通过ISO9001：2015质量管理体系认证、ICTI认证及反恐认证（GSV），并获多家国际知名零售公司验厂认可（如Wal-Mart、Toys “R”Us、Dollar General、Target等）。
国内厂房设有QA实验室，配套相应的测试仪器，可充分满足客户对玩具标准要求的相关测试。为配合国外需要，产品更定期经国际认可化验室检查，确保质量附合国际标准。
