Beijing DeHeng Law Offices (Changsha) is a provincial-level law firm established on August 19, 2003 with the approval of the Hunan Provincial Department of Justice, by the DeHeng headquarters to localize legal services for DeHeng's global clients. Under the leadership and care of the Hunan Provincial Department of Justice, and relying on the headquarters' global service system, Beijing DeHeng Law Offices (Changsha) adheres to the service philosophy and founding purpose of "virtue under heaven, trust in nature," and has formed a service system with clear professional directions and stable service quality. Over the years, it has grown rapidly with complete hardware and software facilities, and has become a comprehensive law firm with more than 120 full-time, part-time, and intern lawyers, enjoying extensive social influence and a good professional reputation in the Hunan region. It has been rated as an Outstanding Law Firm of Hunan Province by the Hunan Provincial Department of Justice multiple times. On December 26, 2021, Beijing DeHeng Law Offices (Changsha) relocated entirely to its new address — the 61st floor of Shimao Global Financial Center, Jianxiang Road, Furong District, Changsha City, with an office area of 2,500 square meters. It features multiple activity areas including a multi-functional meeting room, negotiation room, Party building room, archives room, tea room, recreation room, and moot court. Each area adopts modern design concepts. In December 2006, it was awarded the title of Advanced Collective in Creating Credit Units in Hunan by the Office of the Hunan Provincial Steering Committee for the Building of Spiritual Civilization, the Office of the Leading Group for the Construction of the Social Credit System of Hunan Province, and the Hunan Credit Construction Promotion Association. In May 2008, it was awarded the title of Outstanding Law Firm of Hunan Province for 2005-2007 by the Hunan Lawyers Association. In 2010, Comrade Xi Jinping visited the DeHeng headquarters for research and affirmed DeHeng's Party building and work in studying and practicing the scientific development concept.
