Established in 1950, the 261st Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army is a modern comprehensive tertiary hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, research, preventive healthcare, and health examinations. In March 1964, it was awarded the honorary title of "Hospital of Hard Work and Perseverance" by the Ministry, and was recorded with a collective first-class merit.
