光大环保能源（宿迁）有限公司是中国光大环境（集团）有限公司（以下称光大环境）旗下致力于保护环境，专业从事城市生活垃圾焚烧发电的一家环保企业，项目采用投资模式特许经营期为30年。设计总占地面积100亩，总投资为5.6亿元,分两期建设, 一期于2010年9月底开工建设，2012年1月1日正式商业运营;二期于2016年7月开工建设，2017年5月29日通过72+24小时满负荷试运行并正式转入商业运行。

●项目设计日处理垃圾规模为1000吨，工程配置两台300吨天+一台400吨天的垃圾焚烧炉，两台分别为12、9的汽轮机发电机组。

●项目年处理生活垃圾45万吨，提供绿色电力约1.4亿千瓦时，相当于节约标煤约8.36万吨。

●项目年二氧化碳减排量160000吨，年污水减排量3800吨。

●项目建设运营后，实现宿迁市生活垃圾无害化、减量化、资源化处理，避免了传统垃圾填埋对环境的严重污染，大大改善了宿迁的环境质量和形象，促进社会经济与环境同步发展。
