德国汉圣（H&R)（Hansen＆Rosenthal) 总部位于德国汉堡，成立于1919年。通过近百年的发展和系列收购，尤其是在1994年收购位于德国Salzbergen的炼油厂，2004年收购BP 全球特种油、特种蜡业务及埃克森美孚的乳化蜡业务之后，于2001年在德国法兰克福上市并成为一家国际性跨国公司。

H&R (Hansen＆Rosenthal) KG whose headquarter located in Hamburg, Germany was set up in 1919. After about a hundred years’ development and series of acquisition, especially after a BASF refinery (based in Salzbergen, Germany), BP global special oil and special wax business and Exxon Mobile wax emulsion business acquired and integrated into H&R in 1994 and 2004 respectively, H&R was enforced to be a multinational company and successfully listed in Frankfurt stock market in 2001.

H&R KG is specialized in researching, manufacturing and marketing products such as rubber oil, white oil, printing ink oil, special wax, wax emulsion and cable compounds. And its investigation and marketing of TDAE, a kind of environmentally friendly label-free tire oil is among the best of the world.
