河南广瑞集团前身是辉县汽车配件厂（简称“辉汽配”），成立于1979年。2003年，企业全面完成体制，成立河南广瑞汽车部件股份有限公司。目前，集团下辖两个中外合资分公司和三个全资子公司，总资产8.2亿元，占地35公顷，现有员工1600余人，其中专业技术人员300余人，具有独立设计研发能力和自主出口资质。现有年铸造能力12万吨、机械加工能力600余万件，其中转向系统零部件生产规模、品种和市场占有率均为国内行业*。
