中国重型汽车集团有限公司（简称“中国重汽”）的前身是济南汽车制造总厂，始建于1956年，是我国重型汽车工业的摇篮，现为山东省人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会直接监管的省属重要骨干企业之一。中国重汽曾在1960年生产制造了中国*辆重型汽车——黄河牌JN150八吨载货汽车；1983年成功引进了奥地利斯太尔重型汽车项目，是国内*家全面引进国外重型汽车整车制造技术的企业。2007年中国重汽在香港主板红筹上市，初步搭建起了国际化平台；2009年成功实现与德国曼公司战略合作，曼公司参股中国重汽（香港）有限公司25%+1股，目前，中国重汽已成为我国*大的重型汽车生产基地，为我国重型汽车工业发展、国家经济建设做出了突出贡献。
