赛磊那集团是一家波兰控股公司,在全球从事建筑化学产品的生产和分销。集团成立于1992年，由在波兰和海外的二十九家公司组成, 包括十一家高科技工厂。赛磊那通过位于十六个国家的子公司将产品销售到全球五十多个国家。 赛磊那集团经济业务包括全面的产品生产和发展的过程：从研究、生产、分配、营销到全球市场的销售。
赛磊那（南通）环保建材有限公司成立于2008年10月，总投资2750万美元，注册资本1100万美元。公司位于南通经济技术开发区港口工业三区化工园区内，总用地面积约48820平方米。计划形成年产1.4万吨聚氨酯泡沫密封剂、5000吨硅酮密封胶、2500吨聚醋酸乙烯基胶黏剂、2250吨溶剂型丁苯橡胶胶黏剂和2250吨溶剂型氯丁橡胶胶黏剂的生产能力，属国家鼓励类项目。一期建筑面积约14820平方米，于2010年11月份正式投产，主要研发生产和销售高品质环保无污染聚氨酯泡沫密封剂。
