The project is located in the Fine Chemical Park of Weng'an County Economic Development Zone, covering an area of approximately 6,000 mu. It is jointly invested by Wengfu Group and Jiangshan Co., Ltd. with a total investment of about 22 billion yuan. Among them, the comprehensive utilization project of phosphorus resources led by Jiangshan Co., Ltd., with Guizhou Jiangshan Crop Technology Co., Ltd. as the main entity for investment and construction, has a total investment of about 3.6 billion yuan and covers an area of 800 mu. It is expected to be put into operation in August 2025, with an expected average annual revenue of about 5.2 billion yuan after production.
Jiangshan (Yichang) Crop Technology Co., Ltd.: A wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangshan Co., Ltd. As a production base outside the province for Jiangshan Co., Ltd., Jiangshan Co., Ltd. concentrates advantageous resources to build the Yichang subsidiary into a modern, intelligent green circular benchmark enterprise. This is to meet the industrialization requirements of the company's newly developed product JS-T205, enhance the company's market competitiveness, and help achieve the company's strategic development goals.
Nantong Lianlin Chemicals Co., Ltd.: A controlling subsidiary of Jiangshan Co., Ltd., located in Rudong County Coastal Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province. Its products cover five major categories: organic phosphine water treatment agents, polymer water treatment agents, deoxidizers, organic synthesis monomers, and formulated products; covering industries such as electric power, steel, petrochemical, papermaking, and electronics. It is a core supplier to many multinational companies, and its products are exported to more than 50 countries and regions worldwide. In recent years, the company's production, sales, and export scale have entered the top three in the domestic industry.
