Currently, Carestream (referred to as "Ruike") has over 3,300 employees worldwide, providing high-quality products to tens of thousands of customers in more than 170 countries and regions. Carestream Medical Greater China began independent operations on May 1, 2007. In mainland China, it established Carestream (Shanghai) Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., Carestream (Xiamen) Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., and Carestream Asia Pacific Investment Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The subsidiaries of Carestream Medical Greater China are its subordinate companies in China, providing innovative, reliable, and high-quality products, systems, complete traditional and digital solutions, and services in multiple fields such as X-ray solutions, digital output solutions, various types of film for image output, and non-destructive testing products.
The headquarters of Carestream Medical Greater China is located in Shanghai, with 16 offices, 1 global R&D center, and 2 factories in China. The Shanghai factory is mainly used for equipment production, while the Xiamen factory is mainly used for film production. Together, they have nearly 200 R&D personnel and 1,080 employees.
