利安达会计师事务所有限责任公司福建分公司，系于2008年10月23日经福建省财政厅闽财会【2008】45号文批准，于 2008年10月30日在厦门市工商局注册登记的具有证券、期货相关业务资格的会计师事务所。目前设有六个部门：业务综合部、质量监管部、财务部和3个业务部，现有员工52人，其中注册会计师20人，多数同时具备证券、期货相关业务资格、注册资产评估师、注册税务师等一项或多项执业资格。大多数人员具备本科以上学历，从事多年注册会计师相关业务及财务管理顾问咨询业务，具有丰富的专业知识和执业经验，能够为上市公司、大型国有企业、外商投资企业及各种社会团体提供会计鉴证、资本验证、司法鉴定及清算审计等项服务。
