岗位职责：

1. 服务于美团广告系统，参与增长投放蓝鲸平台核心方向的研发工作，利用Marketing API与媒体侧系统打通，同时联动内部系统，建设一站式广告投放平台。

2. 设计并维护广告投放系统，进行架构设计和性能调优，为整体服务性能、稳定性、快速产出负责；

3. 推进事情能够快速的根据业务需求提炼出技术模型去实现，与产运一起洞察流程与链路中的问题卡点，并用技术手段解决。

4. 作为面向增长业务的*直接的投放服务平台，你将了解到*全面的广告投放领域经验，对接整个广告系统各个子业务，驱动关键业务的技术架构选型。

基本要求：

1. 计算机及相关专业，本科及以上学历。

2. 有良好的计算机基础，精通操作系统原理及常用数据结构与算法。

3. 熟练使用至少一种编程语言，具有良好的编码风格，包括不限于Java/C++/Python/Golang。

4. 熟悉Mysql、Redis、消息队列等常用组件，并了解其内部原理。

5. 熟悉分布式系统设计、微服务架构和常用设计模式，有较好的业务模型抽象能力。

6. 善于交流，有良好的团队合作精神和协调沟通能力，有与产品、前端、移动端等多方密切配合的经验和意识。

7. 有良好的自驱力、学习能力和责任心。

具备以下优先：

1. 广告投放相关技术背景者优先。

2. 有大型复杂系统开发经验者优先。
